How Do I Know When it’s Time to Go?

When it comes to departing from friendly or hostile company how do I know when to “bow out”?  If I’m at a party – it depends on how much I typically am enjoying myself. If I’m not really enjoying myself – I might only stay a couple of hours. If I’m enjoying myself a great deal, you can bet I’ll be there for SEVERAL before I call it a night. Conversation with a friend over coffee or tea. If the conversation is one that’s been LONG overdo I’ll probably be at it awhile or if it’s enjoyable, same principle. If I’m NOT enjoying myself – I’ll probably be keeping tabs on “what time is it” and eventually excuse myself maybe after and hour or two. It’s nothing personal – my mind just RACES at a THOUSAND thoughts per minute the majority of the time and well – I kind of get bored easy if I’m not appropriately entertained mentally. ^_^; I constantly require things that “stimulate” my senses and mind.

If it’s a bad situation – I listen to my intuition and HIGH TAIL IT outta there as FAST as I can. I don’t stick around to see WHY I’m getting that bad VIBE.

I’d say that just about covers it. :3
